Chicken Cottage Pie
Add ground beef herbes de provence and nutmeg.
Chicken cottage pie. Cups cut up cooked chicken or 2 cups turkey. 10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables thawed. You can drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the potatoes to help them brown better.
1 cup shredded swiss cheese divided. Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
Topping spread potatoes on top of filling then sprinkle with grated cheese. 1 teaspoon rubbed sage. Envelope liptons golden onion soup mix or 1 envelope savory herb with garlic soup mix.
Add 1 1 2 cups water bay leaf and sliced onion. Cook and stir until beef is lightly brown and crumbly about 10 minutes. Cup butter or 1 4 cup margarine.
Heat the butter in the saucepan. Bake 25 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the top is browned. Place in a casserole dish spread mashed potatoes on top and top with cheese.
Add leek and garlic and cook until the leek starts to soften. Mix chicken in with gravy mix. 1 pouch 3 6 ounces roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
