Eggs Cottage Cheese Green Chilies
Directions preheat oven to 350 f.
Eggs cottage cheese green chilies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is puffy and a thin knife inserted in the center of the eggs comes out clean. Bake in buttered 9 quiche dishes or 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are firm and inserted knife comes out clean. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 40 minutes or until browned and set in the middle. Stir together butter cottage cheese jack cheese flour baking powder chiles and salt.
Ingredients cooking spray 10 large eggs eggs beaten 2 16 ounce packages cottage cheese 1 pound shredded monterey jack cheese 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles cup butter melted cup all purpose flour cup cooked crumbled bacon 1 teaspoon baking powder. Slowly pour eggs over green chiles and cheese. If any cheese is sticking up press down on it with the back of a fork until submerged.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Whisk in eggs and whisk until combined mixture will be lumpy.
